Wholesale Terms and Policy
 
Payment Information: We currently accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and any form of payment through PAYPAL. We also accept pre-approved business checks.

Ordering: Our online ordering system is the fastest way to order. Alternately, you may order by fax, or phone.

Please Note: We cannot add to or change orders unless the change is made the same day that the order was placed. In the event that you need additional items, we will be happy to write up a new order.

Order processing time: Preparation time to process an order for stock items is 1-2 business days, except during holidays.

Private Labeling: We do not offer private labeling services.

Shipping: We ship via UPS Ground Service unless requested otherwise. Standard UPS shipping time is between 4 to 6 business days within the US. For faster service we can ship UPS 2nd Day Air. *after order processing.

Return and exchanges: At Sage Creek USA Inc., we guarantee our merchandise against manufacturing defects. If you find an item to be defective you can return your item(s) for a refund or exchange.

Brand Name: Merchants must use our brand name "Sage Creek Naturals TM" when promoting our products. However, variations of this name may not be used.

Internet Advertising: Advertisements using the name “Sage Creek Naturals TM ” must refer to our products only. Our custom banners are available by request.
